This 4:20 Time Piece Bubbler Piper from Pulsar measures 4.5 inches (11.4cm) long and have the appearance of a clock face with hemp leaf hands that always point to 4:20. Bubbler pipes can be a great crossover between traditional hand pipes and larger water pipes.
