RETURN POLICY

INHALCO Return Policy

This return policy only applies to customers within the United States and its territories. At this time we cannot allow merchandise returns for our Canadian customers. All international purchases are final.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Conditions for Return

Our policy lasts 15 days. You can initiate a return on any UNUSED items within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method for a $5 shipping fee that would be deducted from the overall refund. If 15 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return.

Note: For returns not related to product defects, we do not provide free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, or if we issue a return label, the incurred shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Clearance Products - We can't offer the same guarantee on these clearance items, however we will accept returns or exchanges on UNUSED products within 48 hours of receipt. If your item arrived damaged, we will ship you a brand new one.

Damaged or Defective Products - If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. If the electronic product you received is defective,  please take videos/photos of the defective item.

Please DO NOT throw away the packing materials and broken items, please email us at support@inhalco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please sent us CLEAR images of the broken items and the box in order to file a claim with the shipping provider USPS. We DO NOT handle your case without clear images about the items. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Received Wrong ProductsIf you receive wrong product, please provide a clear image of the items you received and the shipping label from the package. Email them to us at support@inhalco.com within 48 hours of delivery for exchange. We will send you the return label. We will ship you the correct item when we receive the wrong product.

How to Return

*Please email us at support@inhalco.com with your order ID and issue details or images if needed. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the return address for the item. Unless your item is damaged on arrival, or there's an error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

*Ship the package at your local USPS, UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

Refund Timing

INHALCO will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. INHALCO reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.

*Credit card refunds can be arranged by special request once your return has been received and inspected. Credit Card refunds can be issued only to the card used at the time of purchase.
