Our normal processing time is usually 1-2 business days with customers usually receiving a shipping confirmation via email. If you ordered on a Friday the order will ship on Monday.

Typically the package should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Priority shipping typically arrives between 1-3 business days from the day it is shipped.

 

Please note, any USPS mail service takes effect after your package has left our warehouse, and not your original order date.

 

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your purchase date, then please let us know and we'll be happy to look into the order for you.

In the event your package is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. Please email us at support@inhalco.com to reship the package. If your package is returned to sender again. You will be charged for the cost of the postage.

Don’t worry, we will ship you a free replacement. Please DO NOT throw away the box or packing materials, please email us at support@inhalco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please sent us CLEAR photos of the broken items and the box in order to file a claim with the shipping provider USPS.

Sorry that USPS is experiencing delays. The tracking info stopped updating for a few days. Don't worry, if they lose your package, we will ship you a free replacement. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Yes! All of our packages are shipped in unmarked package bags or boxes.

First, please check the mailbox and confirm if the package is in the mailbox. If not, please kindly call at your local USPS carrier to check if they have delivered it. Sometimes they updated the tracking info before the item is delivered.

 

If you do not receive a package within 15 days of delivery, please let us know and we'll be happy to look into the order for you.

Don't stress, please take a video to us, we will send the video to our product designer to confirm the issue. If there is any quality problem, we will ship you a free replacement.

Yes! We have signed a cooperation agreement with USPS and you can purchase USPS Priority shipping for your order. Please email us at support@inhalco.com to tell us your shipping address. You need to pay an extra shipping fee according to your zone. Ship time is between 1-3 business days depending on your zone.

We're happy to accept returns of new, unused and undamaged merchandise within 15 days from the delivery date. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know.
