I ordered the wrong color for my setup, so I gave it to my friend. They won’t use any of their other marble sets anymore, since this pillar circulates dab much more efficiently than a pearl. If color selection was allowed, I’d buy another.
Received Broken Nectar Collector, Cathy to the Rescue
When I received my Nectar collector it was broken. The titanium tip shifted out of the foam liner and broke one of the outer chamers. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer support. Cathy responded the same day I sent my email and had a new nectar collector sent out on its way to me. I will admit I had some anxiety about if the second collector was going to be broken as well. I carefully opened the second package toady and again the titanium tip had shifted out of the foam liner, but thankfully it did not break any glass. It was under the dab dish this time. I am happy that the second one survived the shipping. Thank you to Cathy for the excellent customer service!
